What It Is

One coating, almost any substrate

GAF High Solids Silicone is a single-component, moisture-cure silicone coating with a high solids content — meaning more real protective material goes down in fewer passes. It forms a seamless, monolithic membrane that resists the breakdown ponding water causes to other coating types, and it won't chalk, crack, or degrade under prolonged UV exposure.

What makes it especially versatile is substrate range: it's approved for metal, TPO, PVC, EPDM, smooth and granulated asphaltic, structural concrete, and SPF roofs — so it's often the right call regardless of what the existing roof is made of.
